We provide discrete shipping in brown boxes and envelopes so nobody knows what’s inside, except you!
We ship only within the United States. We do NOT ship to post office boxes. Please ensure that when entering your shipping information that you are shipping to a physical address (e.g. home, apartment, office).
If your order has not arrived after 7-business days from when it was originally shipped, please contact cs@truluvnovelties.com. Please include your order number and your full name as appeared on the order.
If you’re out when your package is delivered, your mail person or courier will leave a card scheduling another attempt or telling you where you to pick up.
Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Florida or California, in plain brown boxes or envelopes.
We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time.
For USPS services: Orders placed before 4pm EST Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Items will be received within 3-7 days.
For UPS services: Orders placed before 3pm EST Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Items will be received within 1-3 days.
All orders are shipped Monday to Friday only, regardless of service. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. If Monday is a holiday, items will be shipped the next business day.
All orders have tracked shipping. Your tracking code will be provided by email at time of shipping from the warehouse.
Cost of shipping is based upon order amount. Free shipping is available on most products, but oversized and heavy items are excluded.
Due to the nature of the items sold on this website, we do not accept returns for the health and safety of our warehouse staff and customers, unless the item is defective. All items which are edible, adult toys, lubricants are not returnable unless defective. Defective items are classified as items which do not power on, broken upon delivery or have failed due to a manufacturing issue.
Our standard warranty is 30-days from the date of receipt of the item.
Please contact us should you have a defective item. Include your order number, date of purchase, description of the problem with the item and photo to support the issue when applicable. Customer service will review, making a decision whether the item is indeed defective. If customer service makes the determination that the item is defective, we may provide for a replacement item or refund, a decision made solely by GVSX LLC. In the event a refund is issued, shipping and tax will not be included; only the purchase price of the item, less any discounts. In the event a replacement item is provided, shipping will be via USPS Ground or Parcel Select. Proof of the original item destruction shall be required prior to refund or replacement once customer service has made a determination.
Upon ordering from our website, your order is received and is marked pending for approximately 30-minutes, after which the order is automatically sent to our warehouse. Once the warehouse has received the order, items are immediately picked, packed and shipped. Once the order has been received by the warehouse, we cannot cancel the order.
All packages are delivered in nondescript packaging. The address label includes "GVSX" for the return address. No logos or other identifiable information is included about the package contents.
The package address label will contain your name and mailing address.
Unlike our competitors, we do not sell, rent or distribute customer information.
